Product Liability
When an individual suffers an injury resulting from the use of a product, a number of parties are often involved in product liability litigation, including the product manufacturer, importer, distributor, a manufacturer of component parts, a party that assembles or installs the product, the wholesaler, and the retail store that sold the product. Under the doctrine of "strict liability," the person injured by the product may be entitled to compensation for their injuries without showing that the manufacturer or seller of the product was actually negligent. The lawyers at NLH have significant experience with the unique nature of product liability claims and we leverage our experience to vigorously represent our clients' interests.
